Getting Started with FluxHR
Go from sign-up to your first sourced candidate in under 5 minutes. This guide walks you through account creation, workspace setup, and the basics of hiring with FluxHR.
1Create Your Account
Getting started is free — no credit card required for the 14-day trial.
- Go to app.fluxhr.com/sign-up.
- Enter your first name, last name, email, and choose a password.
- Click "Create Account".
- Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your address.
2Set Up Your Workspace
After verifying your email, you'll land on the FluxHR dashboard. Take a moment to configure your workspace:
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
- Fill in your company name and logo.
- Choose your preferred language (English, Ukrainian, or Spanish).
- Configure your hiring pipeline stages — or keep the defaults (Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired).
3Create Your First Vacancy
A vacancy is an open position you're hiring for. Creating one takes less than a minute.
- Click "+ New Vacancy" from the sidebar or dashboard.
- Enter the job title, department, location, and employment type.
- Add a job description — you can paste from an existing listing or write one from scratch.
- Set the vacancy to Published to make it available for sourcing.
4Invite Your Team
FluxHR supports team collaboration out of the box. Invite recruiters, hiring managers, or interviewers to your workspace.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click "Invite Member".
- Enter their email address and select a role:
- Admin — full access to all settings and data.
- Recruiter — can manage vacancies and candidates.
- Viewer — read-only access to pipelines and candidates.
- Click "Send Invite". They'll receive an email with a link to join.
5Install the Chrome Extension
The FluxHR Hiring Helper extension lets you capture candidates from LinkedIn and auto-fill job postings — directly from your browser.
- Visit the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm.
- Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access.
