Getting Started with FluxHR

Go from sign-up to your first sourced candidate in under 5 minutes. This guide walks you through account creation, workspace setup, and the basics of hiring with FluxHR.

1Create Your Account

Getting started is free — no credit card required for the 14-day trial.

  1. Go to app.fluxhr.com/sign-up.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and choose a password.
  3. Click "Create Account".
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your address.
Tip: If you have a promo code from your company, enter it during sign-up to activate your team plan.

2Set Up Your Workspace

After verifying your email, you'll land on the FluxHR dashboard. Take a moment to configure your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
  2. Fill in your company name and logo.
  3. Choose your preferred language (English, Ukrainian, or Spanish).
  4. Configure your hiring pipeline stages — or keep the defaults (Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired).

3Create Your First Vacancy

A vacancy is an open position you're hiring for. Creating one takes less than a minute.

  1. Click "+ New Vacancy" from the sidebar or dashboard.
  2. Enter the job title, department, location, and employment type.
  3. Add a job description — you can paste from an existing listing or write one from scratch.
  4. Set the vacancy to Published to make it available for sourcing.
Tip: Published vacancies appear in the Chrome extension's vacancy dropdown, so you can add candidates directly to them from LinkedIn.

4Invite Your Team

FluxHR supports team collaboration out of the box. Invite recruiters, hiring managers, or interviewers to your workspace.

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click "Invite Member".
  3. Enter their email address and select a role:
    • Admin — full access to all settings and data.
    • Recruiter — can manage vacancies and candidates.
    • Viewer — read-only access to pipelines and candidates.
  4. Click "Send Invite". They'll receive an email with a link to join.

5Install the Chrome Extension

The FluxHR Hiring Helper extension lets you capture candidates from LinkedIn and auto-fill job postings — directly from your browser.

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store listing.
  2. Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm.
  3. Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access.
