Answers to the most common questions about FluxHR ATS and the Chrome extension.

General

What is FluxHR?

FluxHR is a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for small and mid-size teams. It combines vacancy management, a Kanban hiring pipeline, AI-powered interview feedback, and a Chrome extension for sourcing candidates from LinkedIn.

Is FluxHR free?

FluxHR offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose a paid plan that fits your team. See pricing details.

Which browsers are supported?

The FluxHR web app (app.fluxhr.com) works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The Chrome extension requires Google Chrome or a Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc).

Is my data secure?

Yes. FluxHR uses industry-standard security practices: data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We host on Google Cloud Platform and comply with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and GDPR page.

Account & Billing

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings → Account in the ATS. Click "Change Password", enter your current password and a new one, then save.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade". Choose your plan and complete the payment via Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No data is deleted — you can reactivate later.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a paid subscription if you're not satisfied. Contact support@fluxhr.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe. For Ukrainian companies, we also support WayForPay (UAH payments with invoices).

Chrome Extension

The extension doesn't parse LinkedIn data — what's wrong?

Make sure you're on a LinkedIn profile page (URL looks like linkedin.com/in/username). The extension doesn't work on search results, feed posts, or other pages. Also ensure you're signed in to the extension.

Can I use the extension with Edge or Brave?

Yes. Any Chromium-based browser supports Chrome extensions. Install it from the Chrome Web Store — it works the same way.

I installed the extension but don't see the icon

You probably need to pin it. Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, find "FluxHR Hiring Helper", and click the pin icon. See the pinning guide.

The extension says "Sign in required"

Click the FluxHR icon and enter your app.fluxhr.com credentials. You only need to sign in once — the session persists until you manually log out.

Can I add candidates from other sites (not LinkedIn)?

Currently, the extension only parses data from LinkedIn profile pages. For candidates from other sources, use the manual entry or resume upload features in the ATS. See Add Candidates Manually.

Troubleshooting

The ATS is loading slowly

• Check your internet connection.
• Try clearing your browser cache and cookies for app.fluxhr.com.
• Disable browser extensions that might interfere (ad blockers, privacy tools).
• Try a different browser or incognito mode.

I can't log in to the ATS

• Make sure you're using the correct email address.
• Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset.
• Check that your account has been verified (check your email for a confirmation link).
• If your trial has expired, you may need to upgrade your plan first.

Candidates aren't showing in the pipeline

• Ensure the vacancy is Published (not Draft or Archived).
• Check your filters — you might have an active filter hiding certain candidates.
• Refresh the page.

The extension job posting auto-fill isn't working

• Make sure the extension is installed, pinned, and you're signed in.
• The vacancy must be Published in your ATS.
• LinkedIn occasionally changes their page layout. If auto-fill breaks, contact support and we'll push an update.
